Church of the Epiphany is a Ukrainian Catholic parish established in 1958 to serve Rochester's Ukrainian Catholic community. The parish is part of the Eparchy (Diocese) of Stamford, which oversees Ukrainian Catholics in the northeastern United States, rather than the Diocese of Rochester.

The present church building was constructed in 1973. The parish celebrates the Divine Liturgy according to the Byzantine Rite, preserving the liturgical and spiritual traditions of Ukrainian Catholicism.
