St. Anne

In 1869, the St. Ann mission was founded to minister to a small community within the town of Huron, situated between Sodus and Wolcott. Priests from St. John's in Clyde traveled to Lummisville to celebrate Mass in a local hall. A church was never built, and the mission ceased operations in 1874.
