St. Isaac Joques Chapel

St. Isaac Jogues Chapel in Fleming was established in 1946, named for one of the North American Martyrs—the Jesuit missionary who was martyred in present-day New York. Father Albert Shamon served as the first resident administrator for 17 years from 1986 until his death in 2003. The chapel building was constructed in 1962. The parish closed in 2014.
