Montezuma, Cayuga County

St. Michael Church in Montezuma was founded in 1865 in Cayuga County. The parish used a former Protestant church building that was moved to its current site in 1881. Father John A. Guy served for 30 years from 1937 until his retirement in 1967. The parish has since closed.
