St. Patrick

St. Patrick Church in Corning began as a mission in 1886 and achieved full parish status on August 10, 1902. The church building was completed on November 1, 1932. Monsignor Edmund A. Rawlinson served for 27 years from 1921 to 1948.
The parish closed on September 30, 2001, and the church building was demolished in August 2010. The Catholic community in Corning is now served by St. Mary and other area parishes.
