St. Patrick Church in Prattsburgh was established as a mission in the 1850s and achieved full parish status in 1880. Located in this small Steuben County village, the parish served Catholic families in the rural Southern Tier. The church building was constructed in 1868.

Father Robert P. Ring served for ten years from 2001 to 2011. Today, St. Patrick is part of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, serving Catholics in the Finger Lakes region.
