Bloomfield Jesuit Mission

Situated along the north side of N. Bloomfield Rd., this memorial marks the site of a former Jesuit mission at the Gandougarae village. Fr. Jacques Fremin dedicated a small chapel here to St. Michael on November 3, 1669.
